Are there any specific cleaning tasks you don't handle?

Our goal is to make your home shine while keeping our clients and cleaning team safe. Some situations require specialized equipment, training, or licensing, so they fall outside our standard cleaning services.

We do not handle:

  • ☣️ Biohazard, bodily-fluid, or infectious-material cleanup
  • 🦠 Significant mold remediation or hazardous mold removal
  • 🐜 Pest infestations or animal waste beyond normal pet accidents
  • 🗑️ Hazardous debris removal
  • 🧪 Unknown, toxic, or hazardous chemicals
  • 🪜 High or dangerous areas requiring specialized equipment
  • 🏋️ Heavy lifting or moving large furniture/appliances
  • 🛠️ Repairs, maintenance, or construction cleanup involving hazardous materials

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future appointments.

All cleaning services are customized to the home and its specific needs. Starting prices are provided as a general guide, while your final quote is based on the size, condition, cleaning type, and any requested add-ons. We’ll confirm your price before your appointment so there are no surprises.

Your happiness matters to us. If something was missed during your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and let us know what needs additional attention. We’ll work with you to make it right and, when appropriate, return to address the missed area at no additional charge.
